This is a section that is vastly incomplete. I wish I could say when I will take the time to continue updating it. The definitions have been gleaned from a variety of souces, especially the Harvard Dictionary of Music, the Essential Dictionary of Music, Barron's AP Music Theory, a variety of music theory textbooks, and the internet.
